  1. Choose a problem from the list available on this page. These problems are updated frequently, so ensure you’re working on a current one. Note that problems have varying levels of difficulty. The harder the problem you solve, the more attention you’ll garner from us.
  2. Send your detailed solution to the email recrutamentopermanente@cartesiuscapital.com.br. The solution should include your thought process and be well-documented. Alongside the problem statement and solution, tell us a bit about yourself. We want to know who you are, what you seek, your interests and dislikes. If you’re shy and/or introverted, have scheduling restrictions, challenges, or disabilities, don’t worry—just let us know in the email so we can make the necessary accommodations for the next steps.
  3. After reviewing your solution, we’ll schedule interviews with our team so you can explain your approach and we can better contextualize your skills.
  4. Later, we’ll arrange new meetings where you’ll solve other problems. These will be resolved online and presented in real time to our team. It’s important to deliver solutions within the allotted time, which will be appropriate for the complexity of the problems presented.
  5. We’ll evaluate your performance and, if satisfactory, schedule interviews with members of our teams to discuss your candidacy further.
  6. If your interviewers agree that you’re a good fit for the group, our team will request the necessary information and documents for verification.
  7. If everything checks out, we’ll offer you a temporary position to join our team. During this period, you’ll undergo training and integrate into one of our teams. Your performance will be periodically evaluated by your team leader and colleagues.
  8. At the end of the probationary period, we’ll conduct another evaluation. If approved, we’ll extend a formal job offer.
